The dark memories of recent pandemic, COVID 19 still haunt us all. The world had come to stand still. But every coin has two sides. This pandemic opened a very unique opportunity for me.

For quite some time , I have been toying with an idea of bringing something very special for all of you on the happy occasion of completing 25 years of my “ Cooking & Baking Classes” but I just was not reaching there with a concrete action.

But during Pandemic, It just clicked and occurred to me , like,” why not make video clips of some recipes and share with my dear students, during this idle time!”

Due to pandemic, the resource management was a big task and so I had to literally shoot these videos with my ‘Not so upgraded’ mobile phone , without even a tripod stand etc. Quality of these more than 30 videos might have got compromised due to this, but certainly not the ‘ quality of my recipes .’
